About me
Celia Santamaría Delgado
I study how our nervous system works, exploring the link between brain and behaviour and how it affects our thinking, our emotions and the way we act.
I find it fascinating to understand how the brain areas behind attention, memory, reasoning, judgement and planning perform, and how that shows in everyday personal life and relationships.
To do this, we carry out a thorough neuropsychological assessment with standardised tests, clinical tests and relaxed conversations, in a safe, warm and non-judgemental space. Based on the results, I offer an intervention based on cognitive stimulation to strengthen the areas that need it most.
I feel especially at home in the field of neurodevelopment and neurodivergence. Autism and ADHD are the areas I care about most and have been working in for years.
