Who handles your data

What data and why

If you write to me through the form or by email, I use your name, email, phone number and whatever you tell me only to reply and to call you for the free first call.

Please do not include health information in the form. If you do share something about your health, I handle it with your explicit consent and under professional confidentiality.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for health data, Article 9(2)(a)), and the need to deal with your request before we start working together (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long I keep it

If we do not start working together, I delete your message within one year at the latest. If we do, the data becomes part of your clinical record and is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who else sees it

No one else. To run the website I use providers acting on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (delivering the form to my inbox) and Google (email). They may process data outside the European Union under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or transfer your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to celiasantamarianeuropsicologia@gmail.com.

If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of the country where you live.
